I have seen variations on this recipe in multiple places, but this has more “zing” to it than the other options I tried, and I am a fan. This pairs great with the Pork Egg Rolls recipe and with the amount of sauce I use this recipe covers about eight rolls. I have also used this for other savory, deep-fried foods such as wontons.

Ingredients
- 3T soy sauce
- 3T rice vinegar
- 1t ground ginger
- 1/2t onion powder
- 1/2t garlic powder
- 1/8t sesame oil

- Mix all the ingredients well until the dry spices are fully dissolved.
