I have used devices running the Android operating system for many years. I enjoy the flexibility it provides and there is a large community of Android enthusiasts that can provide various tools and / or tutorials on how to do different things with your devices. Today I do not tend to “hack” my devices to install custom kernels or obtain root mode, but it is nice to know that if I ever do want to tinker with my devices I can probably find something on the Internet to help me do that.
