Fish and Seafood

While I eat a lot of fish and seafood such as shrimp, mostly I just improvise with what is on-hand when making it. Sometimes I’ll season it and fry it in a pan, sauté with various butter and spices to make a taco, pan, coat with flour and lightly fry then possibly slice and add to a salad, or, with fish, season and top with things like onion, spinach, lemon, and butter, wrap in tinfoil and bake, (usually about 8 to 12 minutes on 425°F / 218°C with the longer times if the vegetable is frozen and/or if the meat is an inch or so thick), and more.
