Lamb

I do not tend to eat a lot of lamb. I like it and would probably eat more of it if it were not either fairly expensive or have a strange flavor to it at the couple of grocery stores where I usually shop. While I could probably easily find a place to buy less costly and more tasty lamb near me, I do not like to drive to different stores when shopping for groceries. Therefore, I do not experiment cooking with lamb as much as I would like.
